A great burden falls on doctors to ensure that treatment and diagnosis are established correctly. It is essential to examine the patient carefully and take a precise anamnesis. For example, alongside ulcers caused by varicose veins, similar conditions can also occur in vasculitis.
Timely consultation for a healthy life
I would like to emphasize that certain symptoms, including palmar erythema (redness of the palms), may be absent in patients. In our practice, we have repeatedly had such patients who consulted us at the very last moment because no symptoms were observed.
