Every patient's history requires a different approach. The life story of our patient Sudaba Ahmadova, who came to us in a severe condition, also demonstrates the importance of a correct diagnosis and timely intervention.
A patient's treatment history
Sudaba Ahmadova applied to us in February 2016. As a result of the examinations, she was diagnosed with the following:
- Chronic hepatitis C virus
- Liver cirrhosis (stage four fibrosis, cirrhotic stage)
- Portal hypertension
- Erosive gastropathy
When the patient applied to us, she was at the compensated cirrhosis stage. She had no specific complaints, only a cough was noted. For this reason, she consulted many doctors and tried to receive treatment in the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran, but with no effect.
Treatment and achieved results
After detailed examinations, we administered a six-month treatment to the patient. Currently, examinations show positive dynamics:
- Hepatitis C virus is no longer detected in the blood, it is negative and has been cleared from the blood.
- Improvement is noted in blood biochemical tests.
- Elastographic examinations show an improvement in the liver compared to previous kilopascal values.
Patients with damaged livers are chronic patients under constant supervision. We are currently awaiting the results of the next, second examination. I wish recovery to Sudaba khanim and all our patients.
